Personal Training

When it comes to Personal Training, the key is in the word ‘personal’.

We will consult with you initially to ascertain what you wish to achieve, and the time you have available for us to work together. Our desire is to ensure your workouts are specific, progressive, focused and fun. Our aim will always be for you to leave us motivated, encouraged and feeling good about yourself and your training.

We will be creative, adaptable and flexible; we’re aware that sometimes things don’t go as planned and we need to be ready to adapt what we had prepared at a moment’s notice. We are always keen to receive feedback too – let us know what you love and what you don’t enjoy and we will work with you. (Though no-one has ever said yet that they love burpees!)

1-2-1 Personal Training is available either within the gym environment, outside (weather and permission permitting), or virtually via an online platform. Similarly, you may wish to have a hybrid of the above and we can also offer something unique and bespoke in this respect to suit your requirements.

One off sessions from £35 to £42.50 per hour
Monthly/quarterly etc from £30 to £37.50 per hour
