Group Exercise is a fantastic way to build relationships, a sense of community and most importantly, have fun!
It also means that after a long day at work or perhaps a sleepless night, you don’t need to think about what to do as we will do the heavy lifting for you.
The majority of these classes require no equipment at all, just a small space long enough to plank in! We have however learned that milk bottles and tins of beans make great alternative to weights!
We offer ten live online classes per week, ranging from HIIT to Meditation and from Box Fit/Boxercise to Circuits. We will constantly look to review our timetable in order to ensure we continue to meet the needs of our clients; however, we will never offer less than ten.
This can be a great way to introduce yourself to exercise as these classes are specifically designed to offer multiple options for those who are less fit, less mobile or less physically able. You will never find any judgement or humiliation in our sessions as we are all in this together and we have a strong sense of unity and family to welcome you into.

Beyond Fit is a class where anything could happen! It really is a mash-up of lots of different things and changes every week just to keep you all on your toes!
Thursdays 12.30pm – BEYOND CORE
Class Instructor – Sarah
Beyond Core is a 30 minute class focusing solely on the core. Ideal for a lunch time calorie burn. No equipment required.

A meditation class with mind and body practice to increase calmness and improve psychological balance, cope with illness and enhance overall health and wellbeing.
Fridays 9am – BEYOND TONE
Class Instructor – Charlie
A mixture of strengthening and stretching exercises to increase flexibility and range of motion, whilst improving core strength.
Fridays 6.15pm – BEYOND STRENGH

This 40 minute class is designed to help you strengthen and tone by working different muscle groups in turn. You’ll need weights for this class but don’t worry – tins of beans or bottles of water will do!
Class Instructor – Anita Stockman
A 40 minute CV workout based on training used for boxing so incorporates boxing drills including footwork and abdominals focusing on fitness and toning. No equipment required!
