Nutrition is a critical part of the holistic journey to health and fitness.
We are able to provide advice and assistance to help with weight loss, weight gain, menopausal symptoms and IBS as well as sports specific nutrition, eg, marathon runners/athletes etc, but not prescriptive dietary plans which would need to come from a fully qualified dietician.
Additionally, Sarah holds three Slimming World franchises and is qualified to provide advice both inside and outside their plan, as we recognise that there is no such thing as a “one size fits all” diet.
