Group Personal Training Sessions are available, in groups of minimum 2 to maximum 4, and if you want to be a part of a group you can form your own squad or we can help you to find some like minded people.
Whatever your aim or level, we will ensure we design sessions aimed to suit the entire group – not just one person.
Just love these two! Their classes are amazing, so much fun and accessible to all. Give it a go, you’ll soon get hooked, I did and am really noticing the difference to my fitness levels. What’s to lose… apart from a few inches!! Can’t wait for our next session.
